Terms & Conditions

Booking and Consultation:

Initial Consultation: Complimentary consultation at any time to discuss the Client’s needs and vision, available via phone, video call, or in person.

Booking Confirmation: A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit* of 50% of the total estimated cost are required to secure the event date.

Final Details and Payment: Final details must be confirmed no later than six weeks before the event date. The final balance is due six weeks prior to the event date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations: Must be made in writing to hello@decoratedbydodie.co.uk.

Rescheduling: Subject to availability; additional charges may apply.

Unforeseen Circumstances: The Stylist will work with the Client to find a suitable solution in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

*Stylist Cancellation: If the Stylist cancels the appointment, the deposit will be fully refundable.

Payment Policy:

Forms of Payment: Payments are accepted via bank transfer only.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges and may lead to cancellation of services with no refund of the deposit.

Service and Quality Assurance:

The Stylist is committed to providing high-quality services. Immediate notification on the day of the event is required for any concerns regarding decorations.

Liability and Damages:

Liability: The Stylist is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property during the event.

Damages to Rental Items: Client will be charged the full replacement cost for any damages or loss of rented items.

Privacy Policy:

Client’s personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the event decoration services.

Amendments to Services:

Changes to the agreed services must be submitted in writing to hello@decoratedbydodie.co.uk and may incur additional charges.

Photography and Promotions:

The Stylist reserves the right to take photographs of decorations for portfolio and promotional use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
